Our vintage furniture & table top collection is filled with unique one of a kind pieces. If you are looking for a piece that we do not have we can always try to source it or craft and create it. Once you have browsed the collections and have chosen your pieces we will arrange delivery and pick up (delivery quote is separate from rentals).
In addition to one of a kind vintage rentals all of us at Sundrop know when you are in the process of dreaming, pinning, planning & trying to execute an event it can be a huge undertaking and can create undue stress, believe me we have all been there.
We are here to listen, get to know and execute your vision and take that extra unneeded stress so that you can breathe a little easier and enjoy the journey leading up to your event. If you don’t have a vision no worries it would be our pleasure to help you dial it in to be unique and personalized for all your guests.
We can add custom made designs for an additional fee (fee based on materials, time & installation) example: backdrops for ceremony, escort card displays –if you can think it we can create it.
Calligraphy- We have talented calligraphers that we work with and do exceptional hand lettered signs. Example: escort cards, mirrors, bar menus, Dessert menu’s etc. *Fee is based on size and amount of lettering.
Vinyl Lettering – We work with creative & talented printers that have a variety of fonts & symbols for Seating charts, Dessert Menu, Bar menu’s etc…
Yes, we are more than happy to have pick up as an option as we know sometimes it just works best. However, not all items are available for self pick up.
We do have a few requirements since most of our items are vintage and can be fragile. See our awesome pick up guidelines.
Will Call Fee – The small fee of $35 covers the crew to clean, pull & pack the pieces for the journey!
Please be on time when given a window for pick up, we understand things happen so stay in touch if an emergency arises etc….
Based on the size of your rental order we do require certain types of vehicles necessary for pick ups. For instance, chairs don’t do well on their sides and need to stand on all fours=)
Please return on arranged date and time, we understand things happen so make sure to stay in touch so late charges won’t apply
We are particularly fond of our collection of vintage items and try to preserve them so we can share them with all our clients. For that reason, we require a 10% damage waiver added to every order. Why you ask? Well, it’s like this, It isn’t insurance nor a warranty but what it does do is cover the normal wear and tear on our beautiful vintage treasures. It does not cover gross negligence like “oh no uncle fred forgot to take the screwdriver out of his pocket and ripped the fabric when he sat on the settee” (that is an OMG). For items damaged, or not returned at all, a damage or replacement fee will be charged.
Tabletop Items: If the item comes back broken or not at all there will be a replacement charge of the item. For instance, aunt betty loved the colored goblet and thought it was a guest gift and took it home we will have to charge for the replacement cost of that goblet or the catering crew had a heavy hand in bussing the tables and broke 4 tabletop items we will have to charge for replacement of those items.
Furniture Rentals: We will try everything to fix or clean ourselves if the item is beyond repair the item will be valued and assessed for replacement cost.
This applies to Tabletop rentals – Because our items are vintage and some have survived from the 1930’s to the present time to happily serve your event we ask that all items be rinsed only and carefully returned into their carriers and we promise they will receive a HOT bath upon their return.
